driver and for failure to drive on the right side of the roadway, told officers he had looked down at some tapes in his car and that when he looked up, he found he had drifted over the center line. Skaggs said he swerved back, bu^ went too far, striking the pedestrian.
Skaggs reportedly said he didn’t see Scarry until the victim hit the windshield of Skaggs’ vehicle.
