He also enjoyed spending time with his friends from cardiac rehab and the moose lodge. Mike loved telling stories and jokes. Mike was born and raised in San Francisco. He served 4 years in the Navy in WWII. He retired from San Francisco Muni after 25 years of service. Mike is survived by his Sister Virginia Quinton, Brother Jerry Schembri, Stepson John Yannacone and his Wife Nancy Yannacone, his Grandchildren Nancy Larreynaga and Cynthia Yannacone, Lance and Tashlyn Koelkebeck, Michael and Steven Yannacone, and Vilma Orantes, many nieces and nephews and his best pal, Tony, his dog.
